Using these conversion kits all fluorescent luminaries can be used as emergency light after loosing the power supply. The kits contain two devices. The inverter secures the working of tube while the power supply is on. If the power supply is turning off the inverter switches the tube to the circuit of battery and this way the tube can illuminate continuously.
